Greetings in Christ, all, and Happy New Year!

This week, I will leave for my annual trip with The Good News Cruise. For the past four years, I’ve
participated in this retreat every year, serving as emcee, giving talks, praying mass and hearing confessions. It’s exhausting, but a great experience as I’ll be eating at a buffet every day and seeing the sun again! I’ll be back next week. I promise to pray for you all every day at every Mass.

This weekend, we celebrate the Feast of the Epiphany. This is when we commemorate the Magi being drawn to find Christ. We thank God that His Salvation is not for some, but open for all who seek Him. May we be a means that God uses to draw others to His Heart.

It’s part of our Catholic custom that we bless our homes on this day. To that end, we’ve provided all the necessary tools and instructions for the Epiphany blessing. Envelopes are located in the gathering space. Please take one for your family. It’s a short, really neat activity the family can do together today. I urge you to partake!

Thank you for letting Le and me be your priests. We think we are the most blessed priests in the world.
