Greetings in Christ all; I wish you a blessed and holy Lenten season. I have a couple of things of import to run by you this week. First, I want to talk about our emergency number. At the parish, we have a number to call for when you need a priest at the hospital, hospice or […]

Greetings in Christ! Here we are in the first week of Lent; can you believe it? The crazy part is that next year Lent starts very late. All of this is determined by Easter, which is always the First Sunday after the Paschal Full Moon (the first full moon after the Spring Equinox). From there, they […]

Greetings in Christ, all! I simply can’t believe I am typing these words, but Lent is upon us! This Wednesday is Ash Wednesday, the beginning of our Lenten Season. It’s a reminder to us that God’s Kingdom is for everyone: not a select group, not a specific ethnicity…everyone! It’s part of our Catholic custom that […]

Merry Christmas to all! May the light of Christ’s presence among us drive away the darkness, chaos and anger of this present world. How blessed are we to have a God that chose to come among us. He didn’t need to do what he did; there are many ways I assume He could’ve saved us. But […]
