Greetings in Christ, all!

Just a short note this week…

First, please keep Fr. Le in your prayers. He left a week ago today to spend time with his family after they suffered a death. Pray that God fills him with joy and strength and pray for his return: I can’t imagine adjusting to that big of a time change!

Every once in a while, I think about how terribly blessed we are that Fr. Le left the only country and family he knows to come help us out. God bless all our foreign born priests…they make our lives so much better.

Good news on the Organ front: we finally have a meeting with the company that is going to move our pipes! This has been a long, hard road. There are just not a lot of companies out there that still work on or with organs, let alone moving them and we’ve literally been trying to set something up for years. We are now officially one step closer, praise God. I can’t give you any timelines or anything because this will be our first meeting, but you can be assured we will keep you updated as we hear.

For those who are newer, the organ pipes will go behind the altar to the right and left of the altar. The big, blank walls there are where they will rest and the machinery and other pipes will be in the two little rooms that you can’t really see in the sanctuary area. As soon as we get some sort of image for them, we’ll post that too. St. Cecilia, pray for us!

That’s it for this week. I love you all and thank God for you.
