Parish Life Commission

Mission Statement

To help grow a welcoming, inclusive parish community and a sense of family among parishioners through diverse social activities that promote family and fellowship.

Vision Statement

Holy Family will flourish as a community of active, participating parishioners who celebrate each other and grow together in faith and stewardship.

Meetings

The Parish Life Commission meets the second Monday of the month 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., September through June, in the small hall of the Fr. Bush Parish Center.

The role of the Parish Life Commission is to create social opportunities for our parishioners to join together in fun and fellowship. We develop and host events throughout the year and we coordinate with all parish groups in an effort to offer our parishioners a variety of events.

The focus of our meetings is to cultivate ideas and organize events. Some of our volunteers like to party plan and others prefer to help with the event, after the planning has been completed. We are looking for volunteers who like to do one, or the other – or both!

You may volunteer for one of the openings on the Parish Life Commission or to help with any or all of the following events:

• St. Patrick’s Day Party
• Back to the Bricks
• Trivia Nights
• Euchre Tournaments
• Scrapbooking Events
• Trips and Outings (in development stage)
