Greetings in Christ, all!

A reminder that from Monday until Thursday night, Fr. Le and I will be joining the priests of the diocese at the Convocation. Please pray for us and please pray for all priests in the Diocese of Lansing, as well as our Bishop.

I think many of you know that we have been asking for donations from people who want to park in our small lot next to the new football field on game nights. We are pointing any money we get there at fixing that lot, which is pretty beat up. In the meantime, a lot of folks are parking in our upper lot for the games, and last week a large number parked on our lawn, which resulted in some damage. We are working on figuring these things out.

The school has been wonderful to work with and very sensitive to our needs/worries. It’s all part of the process of being good neighbors and being patient with the process of what works best. In a couple years, all the wrinkles will be worked out and all will be easy.

On Friday of this week, we celebrate the feast of Sts. Michael, Gabriel and Raphael, three of the seven Archangels. I love that feast. We’ll have Mass on that day together as usual.

So, that’s it for this week. I love you all and thank God for you.
